Fan speculation went off the charts when The Witcher Netflix showrunner, Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, responded to the tweet with the side-eye emoji. After that teasing non-answer, Hissrich then issued this statement to IGN:

Aside from reprising his role as Luke Skywalker in The Rise Of Skywalker, Hamill most recently played the voice of Chucky in the 2019 Child’s Play reboot. He has additionally offered up his voice talents in a wide range of animated-film and video game roles in the last three decades, including Batman: Arkham Asylum, Kingdom Hearts 3, Yakuza, and, of course, Wing Commander.

Geralt of Rivia is currently played by Henry Cavill in Netflix’s rendition of The Witcher, while Anya Chalotra portrays Yennefer. Stay tuned for more news on the upcoming second season.
